You are allowed to film and take photographs in public places. However, the owner of the place may prohibit photography and filming.
As the photographer, you own the copyright to the image or video – not the individuals appearing in the image or video. - PUBLISHING OF IMAGES OR VIDEOS
There is a difference between taking images and recording videos, and publishing them.
You may not publish an image or video of a person if it violates the individual’s privacy or dignity.
It’s advisable to seek permission from individuals appearing in the images or videos to photograph or film them and to publish the images.
Before making a photograph or video available, consider how you would feel if someone published a similar image or video of you.
