Under ICLA’s copying licence, a teacher can copy extracts from a textbook and include these in their own teaching materials provided these do not amount to more than 5% of the textbook’s content and the source is acknowledged. These course materials can be used only within the teacher’s licensed school/college and its intranet, including for distance learning, and not shared externally.
Can individual exercises from a textbook be copied and used in my own teaching materials?
